So far so good. I do not have any lofty goals as far as weight loss is concerned, but I figured I would throw the number up there weekly...
On day 1, I figure the most difficult thing for today is to stay away from the cookies here at work...other than that, I am ready for my lunchtime workout...which will be a bit slower than normal due to I am still a little sore from the spin class...
